We tailor activities as much as possible to our members’ interests and skills but a “typical day” might be:
- Arrival and welcome at 9.30 am
- A drink of tea or coffee
- Gentle chair exercises
- Games e.g. Skittles or Mini Golf
- Lunch. A hot meal is available, with an alternative if preferred, at a cost of £5 for two courses.
- Memory games e.g. Higher or Lower
- A drink of tea or coffee
- Music quiz or sing-a-long
- Time to go home at 3.00 pm
